“I’ve never liked the “stages of grief.” It sounds too linear, too clean. Like a checklist. You aren’t grieving the loss of your loved one, you are grieving all the tiny things that they will never get to be here for. But that doesn’t have to stop you from living for those tiny things. Life after loss is about figuring out how to hold your grief and your joy at the same time. Finding happiness and purpose while still honoring grief can be done, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you in navigating these complex and difficult experiences.”
