Couples Connection Series
A six week group for deeper connection, communication and understanding
Relationships can get stuck in patterns that feel hard to break. This small, supportive group offers a space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the conflict, and practice new ways of connecting - together.
What We’ll Explore
De-escalating the cycle and understanding your patterns
Emotionally attuning to one another
Learning to be present, vulnerable and emotionally available
Communication tools to shift unhelpful patterns
Finding the deeper roots beneath recurring conflict
Understanding the nervous system and co- regulation
Somatic exercises for connection and regulation
Guided reflection and meaningful conversations
A blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic techniques, and practical relationship tools.
Each week will include guided learning, group discussion, personal reflection, and opportunities to practice with your partner.
