We're searching for a new therapist. Our focus as a practice is on creating a sustainable and supportive workplace experience, where clinicians and staff may engage in personal and professional development while also supporting their clients.

Position Details

• Private pay practice

• Part-time with potential for full-time

• In-person, remote, or hybrid flexibility

• Fully furnished shared office space with snacks and drinks for clinicians and clients

• W-2 employment

• 60/40 split

• IPLUM phone line

• Google Workspace

Requirements

• Ohio License required: LPC, LPCC, LISW, IMFT (LSW or MFT accepted with outside training supervision paid for by clinician – not covered by the practice)

• Interest in learning about complex trauma, NARM therapy, and somatic therapy models

• Collaborative approach to client care and team culture

Benefits for Part-Time Clinicians (4–17 client hours/week)

• Free supervision for LPCs and up to 60 hours for MFTs

• Weekly group supervision and individual supervision as needed

• Free clinical consultation (may not count toward licensure hours) for provisional licensees other than LPCs and MFTs

• Professional headshots after 90-day probationary period

Additional Benefits for Full-Time Clinicians (18+ client hours/week)
